I have been selling real estate for about 19 years and am always in the top 2% in Greater Vancouver for sales. I have a large social media presence which gets me a lot of eyes on my website which leads to lots of sales and sometime even off market sales. I do mostly residential sales but also do some commercial, leases etc. I live in North burnaby with my wife and 2 kids. I work pretty much from east Vancouver to Maple Ridge and everything in between and know the areas inside and out. I pride myself in being always available (I don't work on a team, so you will be getting me for all showings, all negotiating, and all communication). I have sold hundreds of homes, and live / work very close to your home. I pride myself on doing the best job for my clients which has thankfully led me to all my business pretty much being word of mouth. I am very lucky to have such a loyal clientele. I make myself available at all times for questions, showings, negotiating and oversee all aspects of my marketing.
